Android

Phones, tablets and Android boxes such as the Nvidia Shield or Xiaomi Mi Box install players straight from Google Play.

    Install a player

    Open Google Play and install one of these.

    Add your line

    • Open the player and choose Add playlist or Login with Xtream Codes API
    • Enter the Server URL, Username and Password exactly as sent
    • Give the playlist any name and confirm

    Let it load

    Channels, categories and the 7-day guide download on the first run. With the full lineup that can take a minute.

Fire TV Stick

Amazon's store does not list most IPTV players, so you install them with the free Downloader app. It takes about five minutes.

    Turn on developer options

    • Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About
    • Select your device name 7 times until it says you are a developer
    • Go back to My Fire TV > Developer options
    • Turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader

    Install Downloader

    • From the home screen, open Find > Search
    • Search for Downloader and install it

    Install a player

    Open Downloader and type the player's download code or website address. Support sends the current codes if you need them.

    Some newer Fire TV Sticks run Vega OS instead of Android and block sideloading. On those, install a player straight from the Amazon Appstore.

    Log in

    • Open the player and choose Xtream Codes login
    • Enter the Server URL, Username and Password
    • Name the playlist and select Login

Android TV

Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense and Chromecast with Google TV all run Google's TV system and install players from Google Play.

    Add your line in TiviMate

    • Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist
    • Pick Xtream Codes login
    • Enter the Server URL, Username and Password
    • Select Next and wait for the channels to load

    The Xtream login is far shorter to type with a remote than an M3U link.

    Player missing from Google Play?

    Some players are region-locked. You can sideload them instead.

    • Install Downloader from Google Play
    • Open Settings > Device preferences > About and select Build 7 times
    • Allow unknown apps for Downloader
    • Open Downloader and enter the player's download address

Samsung TV

Samsung TVs run Tizen. Players come from the Samsung Apps store, and many are set up from your phone.

    Install a player

    Open Apps on the TV and search for one of these.

    Many TV players are free for about a week, then ask for a small one-time activation fee. That goes to the app maker, not to us.

    Log in on the TV

    If the app has an Xtream Codes login, enter the Server URL, Username and Password and you are done.

    Or activate with the MAC address

    Apps without a login screen show a MAC address and take your line from their website instead.

    • Open the app and note the MAC address it shows
    • On your phone, open the app's website and find its playlist page
    • Enter the MAC address and paste your M3U link
    • Restart the app on the TV

LG TV

LG TVs run webOS. Players come from the LG Content Store, and most are activated from your phone.

    Open the LG Content Store and install one of these.

    Log in directly

    IPTV Smarters Pro lets you sign in on the TV itself.

    • Open IPTV Smarters Pro
    • Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
    • Enter the Username, Password and Server URL
    • Select Add user

    Or use the MAC address

    Other players take your line from their website.

    • Open the app and note the MAC address or device ID
    • Open the app's website on your phone or computer
    • Enter the MAC address and paste your M3U link
    • Save, then restart the app on the TV

iPhone & Apple TV

Everything comes from the App Store, and the same app usually runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

    Set up IPTV Smarters Player Pro

    • Install it from the App Store and open it
    • Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
    • Enter any name, then the Username, Password and Server URL
    • Tap Add user

    Set up iPlayTV on Apple TV

    • Open iPlayTV and choose Add playlist
    • Pick Xtream server
    • Enter the Server URL, Username and Password
    • Select Save. Logos and the guide load on their own

Windows & Mac

Use a proper player for the guide and catch-up, or VLC if you just want to watch something now.

    Install a player

    IPTV Smarters Pro has desktop versions for Windows and Mac. Choose the Xtream Codes login and enter the Server URL, Username and Password.

    Or use VLC

    • Open VLC and go to Media > Open Network Stream (File > Open Network on Mac)
    • Paste your M3U link and select Play
    • Press Ctrl + L (Cmd + L on Mac) to see the channel list

    VLC has no TV guide. Fine for a quick check, but a dedicated player is nicer day to day.

MAG box

MAG boxes use a portal instead of an app. The portal is tied to your box's MAC address, so this one starts with a quick message to support.

    Send us the MAC address

    • Look at the sticker on the bottom of the box
    • Find the MAC address, it starts with 00:1A:79
    • Send it to support with the email you signed up with
  2. 2

    Add the portal

    Once we confirm, enter the portal URL we send you.

    • Restart the box and press SET or SETUP on the remote while it loads
    • Open System settings > Servers > Portals
    • Enter a portal name, for example SnowUp TV, and the portal URL
    • Press OK to save
  3. 3

    Restart the portal

    • Exit to the main screen and choose Restart portal, or unplug the box for a few seconds
    • Wait for the channels and the guide to load
